At NoviiHaus, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all tags (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Items returned in used or damaged condition caused by the customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions stated above.
